Role Overview
As a Community Family Support Specialist with Te Kupenga Hauora – Ahuriri, you will be working directly in the community to support whanau in their homes. The goal of this role is to improve family circumstances for the benefit of parents and children.

About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity to work as part of a supportive multicultural team in Napier City. You will visit families weekly to deliver the Family Start programme and make follow-up checks on their progress. Your focus will be on building positive parenting skills and keeping families safe. To succeed in this role, you must be a realistic and resilient person who can gain the trust of families and get them on board.

Key Responsibilities
