Job Description

The Compensation Specialist will play a critical role in ensuring accurate pay practices and compliance with Federal and New Jersey state labor laws. This individual will be responsible for compiling and analyzing market data, conducting job evaluations, and participating in salary surveys to maintain a competitive edge.

This position requires excellent customer service skills, with experience in providing support to internal stakeholders. Advanced Microsoft Office software skills, particularly Excel functions, are also essential.

Education Requirements

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Human Resources is required.
