This role will be responsible for managing the execution of asset sale deals, disposition projects and valuations primarily in construction, dairy, forestry, transport and manufacturing industries.

Essential Job Functions
  • Asset inspections (inc site audits);
  • Research (Value-added insight into comparable companies, transactions, industry trends and market conditions);
  • Report delivery (Write and prepare commercially focused and insightful valuation reports);

They will also support the business development initiatives with the Restructuring & Turnaround market, Financial Institutions and Corporates, bringing Gordon Brothers' full suite of products (Valuations, Asset Remarketing, Asset acquisitions, and Asset Backed Financing & Investments) to assist clients.

Responsibility for the successful delivery of valuation projects that are assigned to you, including end to end carriage of the following valuation related items: Perform machinery and equipment analysis and valuations on equity deals for the division that may also include machinery and equipment as part of a multi-asset transaction.
