Resident Companion

About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Caregiver to join our team at Yvette Williams Retirement Village in Dunedin. This full-time position is available from Tuesday to Saturday 0700 - 1500, and involves working closely with our residents and their families to provide support and care that meets their unique needs.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

• Develop close relationships with our residents and their families, providing support and care that meets their individual needs.
• Work collaboratively with your colleagues to create a positive and supportive team environment.
• Utilise our purpose-built care app myRyman to streamline care delivery and improve outcomes.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with our residents, families, and colleagues.
