We are seeking a highly skilled Global Supply Chain Manager to join our team at JACOBS DOUWE EGBERTS. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for managing global supply chain operations and ensuring the delivery of high-quality products to customers.

About the Role

The successful candidate will have a deep understanding of global supply chain principles and processes, with a proven track record of delivering results in a fast-paced environment. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for improvement and implement process enhancements that drive value-added outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage global supply chain operations, including procurement, logistics, and distribution
  • Develop and implement strategic supply chain plans that align with business objectives
  • Lead and manage a team of supply chain professionals to ensure effective planning and execution
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify opportunities for improvement and implement process enhancements
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • At least 5 years' experience in supply chain management, preferably in a leadership capacity
  • Proven track record of delivering results in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to think strategically
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
  • Valid unrestricted work visa
