About the Role
We're seeking a highly skilled Service Enablement Lead to join our Infrastructure Service Delivery Team. As part of this team, you will be responsible for maintaining, enhancing, and promoting the infrastructure service catalogue and transition playbooks within the Digital Workplace capability area.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain a robust infrastructure service catalogue that accurately documents, categorizes, and provides easy access to services across the Technology group.
- Lead the development and lifecycle of the Transition Playbook, partnering with Service Owners and Projects to ensure smooth transitions for new or updated infrastructure services.
- Continuously assess and improve service transition and catalogue management processes to optimize efficiency and consistency.
- Promote best practices and ensure understanding and compliance with the service catalogue and transition playbooks.
- Ensure accurate and up-to-date documentation related to the service catalogue and service transitions are accessible to stakeholders.
- Collaborate with the service Management capability to align the ITSM roadmap with the maturity required to improve the service catalogue.
You Will Need:
- 10+ years of experience in a similar role with expertise in service catalogue management and service transition.
- ITIL Certification with a focus on service catalogue management and service transition.
- Excellent stakeholder communication and collaboration skills to drive results across teams.
- Demonstrated experience in transitioning large projects and suppliers in and out of support.
- Expertise in building, guiding, and publishing technology service catalogues.
