The successful candidate will possess proven engineering experience across pavements, roading, and earthworks, with a strong understanding of the Construction Contracts Act and NZS3910.

About the Role:
  • This full-time site-based position requires someone local to Northland or willing to relocate temporarily.
  • Project accommodation is available for those open to short-term relocation.
  • A competitive remuneration package, including a vehicle and project allowances, will be offered.
  • The ideal candidate will work alongside an experienced team of Project Managers, Construction Manager, and Project Director.

To succeed in this role, the ideal candidate will have:

  • A minimum of 3 years' experience as an Engineer on civils and roading projects.
  • Prior project experience overseeing roading, earthworks, and pavement construction.
  • Major project experience is preferred but not essential.
  • A tertiary qualification in Engineering (NZDCE or BEng Civils or similar).
  • Excellent interpersonal skills to build effective relationships with stakeholders and clients.
