Head Medical's department of Haematology is a dynamic and supportive team dedicated to providing high-quality patient care. We are seeking an experienced Clinical Haematologist to join our team, based in either the coastal region of Hawkes Bay or the Taranaki/New Plymouth area.
About the Role:
We require a committed and enthusiastic Clinical Haematologist to participate in a 1 in 8 on-call roster. The ideal candidate will have experience and/or a special interest in Haemato-Oncology. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a well-established team of seven Haematologists and four resident medical officers.
About Our Service:
We provide comprehensive Clinical Haematology, Radiation Oncology, and Medical Oncology services to a combined population of 600,000 across five districts. Our service includes inpatient and outpatient haematology care, managing a wide range of haematological conditions. Inpatient care is delivered at Palmerston North Hospital, with outpatient clinics running in various locations.
