Job Summary

We are seeking a qualified Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team. As an RBT, you will work directly with children in a clinic-based setting, providing safe and effective learning environments that promote positive behaviors and skills development.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement treatment plans that address individual child needs and goals
  • Provide direct therapy services to children with autism using discrete trials and other evidence-based methods
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive and coordinated care
  • Maintain accurate and thorough documentation of child progress and outcomes

Requirements and Qualifications

  • Certified Registered Behavior Technician in good standing with the BACB
  • Minimum one year of experience as a Registered Behavior Technician
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree in early childhood education or related field preferred
