About the Role

This is a full-time position working 80 hours per fortnight, requiring a passion for people, patience, friendliness, and kindness. You'll be part of a team that's committed to Enabling Good Lives principles, ensuring that our clients receive tailored support that meets their unique needs.

To excel in this role, you'll need:

  • A strong understanding of Enabling Good Lives principles
  • The ability to understand, communicate, and connect with people
  • Professionalism, honesty, and a reliable team player approach
  • Energy, enthusiasm, and a willingness to work collaboratively

You'll also require a Full NZ Driver Licence, as driving a MASH van will be an essential aspect of your role. Additionally, a NZ Certificate in Health & Wellbeing or commitment to working towards a qualification funded by MASH Trust is highly desirable.
