Cgr Services is looking for a highly skilled Digital Transformation Consultant to join our team. As a key member of our delivery team, you will be responsible for delivering technical deliverables to customers and leading and delivering ServiceNow hands-on solutions (development, testing, and implementation) as an individual contributor or as part of a team to a high degree of customer satisfaction.
The ideal candidate will have proven experience in creating build documentation, solution designs, and detailed design specification documentation, as well as exceptional written and verbal communication skills. They will also possess a strong understanding of ServiceNow licensing and the ability to articulate the value of personal ServiceNow project delivery and provide platform insight and forward thinking on ServiceNow upgrades, new releases, and future ServiceNow roadmap.
Responsibilities
- Delivery of technical deliverables to customers.
- Leading and delivering ServiceNow hands-on solutions (development, testing, and implementation) as an individual contributor or as part of a team to a high degree of customer satisfaction.
- Creating build documentation, solution designs, and detailed design specification documentation.
- Drafting and presenting solution designs, articulating requirements to various stakeholders, including business stakeholders, security teams, and analysts.
Requirements
- 7+ years successful ServiceNow project delivery.
- Proven experience creating build documentation, solution designs, and detailed design specification documentation.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- General understanding of ServiceNow licensing.
- AdditionaServiceNow Certifications.
