We are seeking a Contracts Advisor to join our team and play a key role in supporting the Temporary Accommodation Service (TAS) and New Zealand Claims Resolution Service (NZCRS). As a Contracts Advisor, you will be responsible for ensuring performance, compliance, and seamless stakeholder relationships across the entire contract lifecycle.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Manage contracts and agreements to ensure performance, compliance, and stakeholder relationships.
  • Support the Commercial Manager and leadership team in contract management and procurement.
  • Provide analytical and financial support, including forecasting and tracking costs.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including suppliers and internal teams.

About You

We are looking for an experienced professional with a background in contracts, invoicing, logistics, planning, or coordination. Your skills and experience should include:

  • A keen eye for detail and strong analytical skills.
  • Finance experience, including forecasting and tracking costs.
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and database systems.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships.
