We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as the Vice-President, Advisor Marketing.

Your Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies that drive advisor growth, engagement, and retention.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to align advisor marketing strategies with company goals and objectives.
- Lead a high-performing team to execute day-to-day advisor marketing services for all advisor teams across the country.

What You Need to Succeed
- A bachelor's degree in business or marketing, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Minimum 10+ years of experience in marketing, with a minimum of 5 years in a leadership role within the financial services industry, preferably in a marketing or advisor support capacity. Experience in the Wealth Management industry or other regulated industry is required.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and collaborate at all levels of the organization.
- Advanced knowledge across marketing disciplines, including brand marketing, PR, media relations, and content management.
