Job Summary: Ignite NZ Limited is expanding its Professional Services team and seeks a seasoned Professional Services Delivery Manager to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated individual to lead the day-to-day delivery of professional services across our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Oversee the management of the pipeline and workplan to ensure alignment across internal systems
  2. Support and guide PSG team members on their client engagements
  3. Participate in pre-sales processes and customer engagements to drive growth and development
  4. Contribute to the development of PSG practice areas and services, identifying opportunities for expansion and improvement
  5. Collaborate with the team to deliver high-quality outcomes and meet statement of work objectives

Requirements: To be successful in this role, you will need to possess strong leadership and team management skills, with 10+ years of experience as a Digital, IT, or PMO leader. A proven track record as a successful Project/Programme Manager or Consultant is essential.
