Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Management: Coordinate and manage NAMIC project processes, ensuring timely delivery and completion.
  • Documentation and Compliance: Prepare Letters of Award, grant documentation, and ensure compliance with A*STAR policies.
  • Reporting: Provide regular reports on project pipeline, status, and outcomes to senior management and stakeholders.
  • Grant Management: Assist in managing the grant lifecycle from application review to completion and reporting.
  • Administration: Support administrative and operational matters.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • A degree in Engineering or a related field.
  • 1-3 years of experience in project management, preferably in a government or technology-focused organization.
  • Excellent communication skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (including Power Automate and Azure DevOps).
