This is a casual role that offers varied hours and days, with flexibility to accommodate nights and weekends. If you are a motivated and enthusiastic individual who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, we would love to hear from you.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Providing outstanding food and beverage service to residents, relatives, and visitors
- Promoting a welcoming and caring atmosphere at the village
- Working closely with colleagues to ensure excellent customer service
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Previous experience as a Barista or in a similar customer service role (preferably)
- Strong empathy and a friendly approachable demeanor
- Excellent communication skills and multitasking abilities
- A reliable and professional manner, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
