About the Opportunity
This casual position involves working as an EnergyMate Coach covering the Dunedin region in partnership with the EnergyMate programme to provide energy advice and targeted support to educate and support whānau to live in warm, dry homes with affordable energy costs.
As an EnergyMate Coach, you will work with clients to identify areas where they can save money on their energy bills and provide them with the skills and knowledge they need to make sustainable savings.
With a focus on providing excellent customer service, you will build strong relationships with clients and help them to achieve their goals.
You will work closely with the EnergyMate team to ensure that clients receive the best possible support and guidance.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a small team.
You will be expected to be proactive and self-motivated, with a strong commitment to delivering high-quality results.
As long as client demand is met, you have the opportunity to plan your own week (i.e., hours and days worked) and work within the Family Works team at Presbyterian Support Otago.
