About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced leader to fill the position of Retail Business Partner Manager for PAK'nSAVE South Island. As part of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving operational excellence, supporting our stores to achieve commercial targets and customer experience goals, and ensuring our stores align with brand strategy and objectives.
Your Key Accountabilities:
- Lead a high-performing team dedicated to supporting our Owner Operators and Store Managers across the South Island
- Drive operational excellence and support our stores to achieve commercial targets and customer experience goals
- Ensure our stores align with brand strategy and objectives
About You:
You will be an experienced leader with a passion for coaching, mentoring, and driving high performance. As someone who thrives in a fast-paced retail environment, you will be an expert at balancing strategic oversight with hands-on operational support. Your ability to build strong relationships and influence stakeholders will be key to your success.
Essential Skills:
- Experience in leading teams within a complex retail environment, with a focus on driving commercial and operational success
- A strategic thinker with the ability to develop, implement, and optimise business processes to improve store performance
- An excellent communicator and relationship-builder, able to engage with diverse stakeholders and drive positive change
- Knowledgeable in SAP, stock management, financial planning, and workforce optimisation, with a strong commercial acumen
