About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced leader to fill the position of Retail Business Partner Manager for PAK'nSAVE South Island. Your Key Accountabilities:

Essential Skills:

  • Experience in leading teams within a complex retail environment, with a focus on driving commercial and operational success
  • A strategic thinker with the ability to develop, implement, and optimise business processes to improve store performance
  • An excellent communicator and relationship-builder, able to engage with diverse stakeholders and drive positive change
  • Knowledgeable in SAP, stock management, financial planning, and workforce optimisation, with a strong commercial acumen
