We're looking for an experienced Infrastructure Development Specialist to join our team.

As an Infrastructure Development Specialist, you'll be responsible for managing complex infrastructure projects from start to finish, ensuring they meet client requirements and expectations.

About the Role
  • You'll develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders to drive project delivery forward.
  • Manage the design process to ensure it meets client requirements and expectations.
  • Prepare project management plans, programmes, budgets and other key deliverables.
  • Review project plans and specifications, scheduling, cost-saving measures, discrepancies, and potential construction issues.
  • Oversee project timelines, risks, and reporting.
  • Manage project budgets and advise on options to stay on track.
  • Chair project meetings with clients and consultants.
  • Manage internal project administration, including invoicing, variations, subconsultant management, and contract risk.
Requirements
  • M&E / Commissioning experience on large highly serviced buildings (Hospitals, Labs, Data Centres etc) (essential)
  • Engineering Qualification or equivalent experience.
  • Project Management Experience (essential)
  • Data Centre Construction/Commissioning experience (particularly desirable).
