About the Role:

As an Enterprise Application Security Lead at Cycode Ltd., you will work closely with our Customer Success Manager to provide hands-on technical service and guidance to our strategic customers. You will guide them on their way to successfully achieving visibility, defining prioritization, and remediating security issues using the Cycode Complete ASPM platform.

Your Time Will Be Spent:

  • Advising on security technical questions and Cycode's product adoption for customers
  • Working closely with the Customer Success Manager to prepare and participate in Quarterly Business Reviews (QBR) with our customers
  • Developing and evolving customer-facing best practices for our product adoption plan and the customer success plan
  • Leading train-the-trainers workshops to enable customer enablement teams on Cycode adoption plans
  • Collaborating with Cycode Research, Product, and R&D to identify future product improvements or outside-the-box solutions to Customer pains
  • Reviewing customer implementations on a regular basis and providing recommendations to maximize their value from the product
  • You will work closely with the Customer's Application Security (AppSec) teams, DevOps, DevSecOps, Product Security, and Developers at various levels of seniority and engagements
Requirements
  • Have spent 5+ years as a Solution Architect, CSE, TAM, Solutions Engineer, Enablement Manager, or in a similar position in the security or AppSec space.
  • Extensive background in software engineering with a specialization in backend technologies.
  • Implemented AppSec tools for Fortune 100 companies from zero to hero, including building and adjusting implementation plans.
  • Proficient in Docker and Kubernetes, capable of navigating environments - must.
  • Familiarity with Terraform and automated deployments in Kubernetes.
  • Familiarity with DevOps methodologies and tools, including SCMs, CI/CD pipelines, and infrastructure as code.
  • Familiar and comfortable working with various cloud providers (AWS, GCP, Azure).
  • Experience using and scripting with REST APIs for automation and data extraction.
  • Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills, with a methodical approach to identifying and resolving issues.
  • Quick to grasp new concepts and technologies, with a proactive approach to self-education.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and tasks simultaneously.
  • Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams, including sales, engineering, and support.
