About the Job

We are seeking a Store Operations Manager to join our team at Hallensteins. As a Store Operations Manager, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the store, including stock management, visual merchandising, and loss prevention.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Manage stock levels to ensure optimal inventory levels and minimise waste
  • Co-ordinate visual merchandising displays to enhance the customer shopping experience
  • Maintain a clean and safe working environment
  • Analyse sales trends and optimise store performance to drive results
  • Monitor and manage loss prevention procedures

About You

We are looking for a highly organised and detail-focused individual with a strong background in retail operations. As a Store Operations Manager, you should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in a retail operations role
  • Degree in Business or related field (desirable)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • A strong understanding of stock management and visual merchandising principles
