The Fleet Service Technician Role
You will play a critical role in maintaining vehicle fleets for our customers through expert tyre maintenance, servicing and repairs, both on-site and in-store. This includes providing outstanding customer service and maintaining accurate paperwork and job cards.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service to ensure customer satisfaction
- Maintain accurate records and documentation
- Perform tyre maintenance, servicing and repairs on-site and in-store
- Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team objectives
What You Need to Succeed
- A valid full, clean New Zealand Driver's License
- Strong technical knowledge with good mechanical experience or skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
