About this role

This is an outstanding opportunity for a dedicated and passionate educator to join our team as an ECE Centre Manager. You will be responsible for leading a team of educators in implementing our centre's curriculum, developing and maintaining relationships with whanau and community partners, and managing the day-to-day operations of the centre.

The successful candidate will possess exceptional leadership skills, strong communication abilities, and a deep understanding of child development and learning theory. You will also be required to maintain a safe and healthy environment for children and staff.

The ideal candidate will have a Qualification in early childhood or primary education, current NZ teacher registration and certification, and strong experience as an ECE Centre Manager. They will also have skills in curriculum leadership, people management, and operational knowledge.
