As a key member of our Organisation Support Group, you will be responsible for leading detailed impact assessments, analysing impacts of changes, and developing comprehensive communication and training plans.

About the Role: This is a people-centric role that interacts with a diverse range of stakeholders at all levels. You will have a solid background in change management in a large-scale, complex setting and strong analytical abilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead detailed impact assessments and develop comprehensive communication and training plans
  • Analyse impacts of changes and provide guidance on technical change analysis
  • Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather feedback and promote engagement
  • Monitor and report on the progress of change initiatives and readiness
  • Coach and support project teams and stakeholders throughout the change process

Requirements:

  • Two+ years of experience in change management roles
  • Tertiary qualification and/or equivalent knowledge from experience
  • Certifications or equivalent knowledge of project management methodology
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and influencing skills
  • Experience with data analysis and reporting tools, with strong presentation skills
