We are seeking a Graduate Product Designer to join our team at Chq Quintiles Ent Mgmt Co. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for driving the evolution of our user interfaces, championing user-centric design, and strengthening the visual consistency of our platforms.
In this position, you will have the opportunity to contribute meaningfully to a product that will shape the future of the parts industry. You'll be part of a highly talented, mission-driven team that's obsessed with creating world-class experiences.
Your Key Responsibilities
- You'll be responsible for advocating for user needs throughout the product development process.
- You'll translate project requirements and technical specs into intuitive, user-friendly interfaces.
- You'll conduct usability studies, create wireframes, and iterate on designs based on data and feedback from user testing.
- You'll maintain and evolve our design system, ensuring visual consistency across products.
Your Requirements
- A degree or equivalent experience in digital or product design.
- Experience with or willingness to learn the basics of UX, interaction design, and visual design principles.
- Ability to communicate ideas clearly and receive feedback constructively.
- Proficiency in Design Tools Familiarity with Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or other prototyping tools.
- User-Centered Mindset Passion for creating experiences that delight users and solve real-world problems.
