Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Residential Support Assistant to join our team at Patrick Hogan Retirement Village.
The successful candidate will work on a fixed term part time basis, providing support to our residents on Sunday and Monday evenings.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Welcoming visitors and assisting new residents with settling into their homes
- Managing resident inquiries and covering reception duties
- Providing emergency response support to our independent residents
- First aid and emergency service provision as required
- General cleaning and administrative tasks
- Supporting events and functions for visitors and residents
Requirements and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will possess strong interpersonal skills, a patient and empathetic nature, excellent communication abilities and a flexible attitude.
