The Role

We are seeking an experienced and skilled small animal veterinarian to lead our close-knit team as a Lead Veterinarian. This role offers a great balance of clinical work and management responsibilities, allowing you to utilize your skills and expertise to provide excellent patient care and lead by example.

Key Responsibilities:

• Leading a team of experienced veterinarians to deliver high-quality patient care
• Clinical work including consults, routine surgery, and dentistry
• Management and administrative responsibilities

Requirements:

• 10+ years of experience in small animal veterinary practice
• BVSc qualified (or equivalent) and registered or eligible to register in New Zealand
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• A passion for building strong client relationships and fostering a positive team culture
