We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Principal Advisor, Pacific Peoples. The successful candidate will have a postgraduate qualification in health, business or a related field and a strong understanding of Pacific cultures and models of care.
They will also have experience in designing, planning, and delivering effective services for Pacific people and families. The ideal candidate will have excellent written and verbal communication skills and be able to engage and consult with Pacific communities in culturally appropriate ways.
The role requires advanced relationship and stakeholder management skills to ensure strong alignment with Pacific Health and Wellbeing Strategic Plan for the Greater Wellington Region 2020-2025. The successful candidate will also provide professional advice to the Senior Leadership Team and the MHAIDS Executive Directors on matters impacting Pacific peoples.
