Job Description
As an Assistant People Hub Advisor, you will be responsible for delivering timely and high-quality HR advice and documentation to People Leaders and staff across MBIE. You will be the first point of contact for all People Leader HR queries after our intranet and will work closely with the People and Culture branch to provide excellent customer service.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you will need sound knowledge of HR practices and employment legislation, as well as previous experience working in a fast-paced, customer-facing role. You must be able to quickly establish, build, and maintain strong working relationships and demonstrate ability to manage a large workload, multitask, and prioritize to meet competing demands.
