We are seeking a Graduate Reporting Analyst to support our data and reporting needs within the People Analytics team at our Auckland CBD office.

This role will involve assisting in the development of business intelligence (BI) reports, collaborating with different departments to understand their analytics requirements, and enhancing data literacy across the team.

The ideal candidate should be detail-oriented, eager to learn, and passionate about data analysis and visualization.

The role requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, and proficiency in Power BI, SQL, and Excel.

**Job Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain business intelligence (BI) reports.
  • Liaise with different departments to understand their analytics requirements.
  • Enhance data literacy across the team.
  • Extract, transform, and load (ETL) data from multiple sources and internal databases.
  • Support data validation, ensuring accuracy and consistency across reports.
  • Conduct basic reporting and data literacy training for teams.
