Heavy Vehicle Driver Opportunity

Tangram is seeking an experienced heavy vehicle driver to join our team on a large-scale civil project in Wellington. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of operating heavy vehicles safely and efficiently, with a strong understanding of safety regulations and procedures.

Key Responsibilities

  • Operating heavy vehicles to transport materials and equipment to and from construction sites.
  • Ensuring compliance with all relevant safety regulations and protocols.
  • Conducting pre-trip and post-trip inspections of vehicles to maintain their reliability and efficiency.

Requirements

  • A valid New Zealand Heavy Vehicle License (Class 2, 4 or 5).
  • Proven experience as a truck driver in the civil construction industry.
  • Ability to work night shifts and understand safety regulations and procedures.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills, along with a strong work ethic.
