The Opportunity
We are currently seeking a person to fill a Casual role as an Operator at the Coal Handling Plant at our Stockton site. This position requires operating and maintaining Fixed Plant, including the Coal Handling Processing Plant and Aerial Ropeway.
In this role, you will be required to fill in for Loader Operators to meet production demands. Key requirements include:
- Secondary education
- Moderate to high level of fitness, as there are several flights of stairs within the coal processing plant
- Previous experience in operating machinery
- Interest in fixing and maintaining plant and equipment
- A maintenance trades background would be preferred
