About the Role

We have two rare opportunities in the NZ Tax Team for ANZ NZ, as key members of a dynamic team.

The first role is a tax compliance and accounting position responsible for ensuring accurate, timely, and efficient NZ tax compliance and tax accounting obligations.

Responsibilities include managing relationships across ANZ's global tax team and various tax authorities, identifying and implementing efficiencies in tax compliance and accounting processes, and communicating tax developments to stakeholders.

The second role provides tax subject matter expertise while working with the Ngā Tapuwae programme, ensuring ANZ's tax obligations are well-managed throughout the transformation process.

This role involves building relationships across the programme, the NZ tax team, ANZ business teams, and Inland Revenue, and developing tax business requirements for the programme.
