Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Cloud-Based Solution Architect to join our team at Atlantis Health. As a key member of our technology department, you will play a critical role in designing and implementing cutting-edge AI solutions that enhance internal business processes and optimize patient engagement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Technical Lead: Partner with cross-functional teams to design and implement AI-driven solutions using AWS AI technologies and Microsoft Copilot.
  • AWS AI Expertise: Develop expertise in SageMaker, Rekognition, and Bedrock, and apply this knowledge to enhance Atlantis business solution design processes.
  • Innovation Mindset: Identify new opportunities for AI applications within the organization and develop innovative solutions that leverage Atlantis Health's platforms to address customer/patient requirements.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Engage with stakeholders to uncover strategic priorities and identify potential use cases for AI-driven solutions.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will require:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 3-5 years of experience as Tech Lead or Solution Architect designing and delivering innovative digital solutions.
  • Proficiency in AWS AI services such as SageMaker, Rekognition, and Bedrock.
  • Experience designing and implementing AI solutions using these services.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Copilot and its applications in automating simple tasks.
  • A strong understanding of machine learning and deep learning algorithms, including the ability to develop, train, and deploy models on cloud platforms.
  • Expertise in cloud computing, particularly with AWS, and the ability to design AWS distributed systems and applications.
  • Experience handling and processing large datasets and working with big data technologies.
  • Knowledge of DevOps and MLOps practices and their application in managing the lifecycle of AI models.
  • Understanding of data security and compliance requirements, especially when dealing with sensitive information.
  • Ability to clearly articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders through both written and verbal communication.
