Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Human Resources Coordinator to join our team at Theta (NZ). This role is responsible for providing administrative support to the People & Culture function, ensuring seamless execution of HR-related tasks across the employee lifecycle.

The successful candidate will possess excellent analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and identify trends. They will also have strong communication and relationship-building skills, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality results in a fast-paced environment.

In this role, you will drive employee engagement through exciting events, become the go-to expert for our HRIS solution (ELMO), help improve our employee lifecycle-related processes and systems, and assist with recruitment processes when required. You will also have the opportunity to shadow and learn from our external HR specialist, while taking ownership of key responsibilities within the People & Culture team.

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a completed tertiary qualification in Human Resources or related discipline, relevant experience or strong understanding of HR and NZ employment law, experience working with HRIS systems, some knowledge or experience with immigration process, and strong analytical skills with ability to interpret data and identify trends.
