Job Description:
The Café Assistant will play a vital role in delivering top-notch customer service to our café patrons. As the face of our business, this individual must be able to relate to a wide range of people, particularly the elderly and their families. This permanent, part-time position requires working Friday to Tuesday, 09:30 to 15:00. Responsibilities include assisting the Café Supervisor with daily operations, providing quality customer service, and ensuring compliance with regulatory and hygiene requirements. Additionally, the successful candidate will assist in coordinating and catering village residents' functions.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
We seek an energetic and friendly person with excellent communication skills. A positive can-do attitude, strong work ethic, and ability to work autonomously as well as part of a team are essential. Prior experience in making great coffee, food preparation, and presentation is preferable. To succeed in this role, one must bring top-class customer service skills, high-quality support for the Chef, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
