The Leadership Role

We seek an accomplished Manager to lead our Queenstown boutique. As a Bonz Luxury Retail Store Director, you will be responsible for achieving business objectives by guiding and supporting all activities.

  • Drive sales growth by training, motivating, mentoring and providing constructive feedback to sales staff
  • Maintain high customer satisfaction levels by delivering excellent service
  • Sustain outstanding store appearance and visual merchandising standards
  • Report on buying trends, customer needs and profits to directors

You will also conduct regular sales staff performance evaluations, address staff and customer concerns, and embody the Bonz company culture while driving it into all staff in the store.

Essential Qualifications and Skills

  • Prior experience leading a retail sales team, preferably with luxury goods
  • Demonstrated leadership abilities and expertise in team management
  • Organized with a focus on detail and a passion for sales
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively
  • High standards of personal presentation
