About the Job
We're looking for a skilled gardener to join our team. The successful candidate will have a strong passion for gardening and be able to deliver great customer service to our residents. We use natural techniques in gardening and require someone who is highly motivated and flexible.

What You'll Need
To be successful in this role, you'll need a Level 3 Horticulture qualification or a desire to continue with Level 4. Demonstrated competence in a similar role, knowledge of plants, growth patterns, and strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills are also essential.
