Key Responsibilities

We are seeking an experienced Process Improvement Engineer to join our Engineering Team at our Highbrook site. The successful candidate will drive standardisation, improvements and efficiencies within our tissue converting site.

  • Direct and coordinate the operations of the manufacturing team to achieve planned goals and objectives
  • Report on machine and shift performance and identify opportunities to improve output, cost, waste, quality and safety
  • Support Team Leaders with technical training and troubleshooting, as well as optimising and improving staff utilisation
  • Build and maintain standardised machine settings and standard cleaning practices and schedules
  • Maintain, update and train on SOP's
