The Job Description

  • Execute beverage processes and utilize high-speed automated packaging equipment to meet targets.
  • Maintain company compliance, GMP, and HACCP standards through daily process area cleaning.
  • Drive continuous improvement in safety, quality, efficiency, environment, and autonomous maintenance.
  • Conduct autonomous and corrective maintenance to ensure efficiency and improve equipment lifespan.
  • Perform troubleshooting and structured problem solving with a focus on safety.

Key Requirements

  • Relevant trades experience - current apprentices, students, or experienced tradespeople welcome.
  • Automation experience or willingness to learn.
  • A safety-first attitude, ensuring safe operations and incident reporting.
  • Ability to adapt to new technologies and a passion for learning.
