About the Role

We are seeking a Clinical Leadership Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will have a strong background in clinical leadership and the ability to develop and implement strategies to improve efficiency and effectiveness in claims assessment.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategies to improve efficiency and effectiveness in claims assessment.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure alignment and consistency in claims decision-making.
  • Provide coaching and mentoring to Claims Assessors to ensure their success.

What We Are Looking For

  • Leadership experience in a clinical setting, preferably in a management role.
  • Ability to develop and implement strategies to improve efficiency and effectiveness in claims assessment.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to make decisions in complex situations.
