The successful candidate will be responsible for performing analytical tasks including forecasting, modelling, and creating and maintaining models and spreadsheets to maintain contract pricing and budgeting processes.

You will use your analysis and modelling skills to make recommendations to the business and our suppliers that ensure we are operating as efficiently, effectively, and safely as possible.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Performing wide-ranging analytical tasks including forecasting, modelling, and data analysis to support decision-making and optimise supply and distribution operations
  • Creating regular and ad hoc reports using reporting tools such as Power BI
  • Handling and resolving issues related to supply, demand, and/or the logistics chain
  • Identifying and implementing improvements to our processes, models, and systems

About You:

  • You will have analytical expertise, with proficiency in forecasting, modelling, and data analysis to support decision-making and optimise supply and distribution operations
  • You will have attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in budgeting, cost tracking, and maintaining various systems and databases
  • You will have problem-solving skills, ability to identify inefficiencies, potential risks, and areas for improvement, and develop strategic solutions
  • You will have excellent communication skills, clear and effective communication with internal teams, suppliers, contractors, and senior staff, ensuring alignment and collaboration to drive business success
