Job Description
We're seeking an experienced landscaper with leadership skills to join our team and help create breathtaking outdoor spaces for our residential developments. As a senior member of our landscaping team, you'll have the opportunity to lead onsite projects and guide your colleagues in their work.
Your Responsibilities
- Carry out hard and soft landscaping tasks, including planting, paving, concreting, decking, fencing, and more.
- Operate tools and small machinery safely and efficiently.
- Lead onsite landscaping projects and provide guidance to team members.
- Assist with site prep, deliveries, drainage, and general construction tasks.
- Maintain a safe, clean, and productive worksite.
What We're Looking For
- 2+ years' landscaping experience, preferably in residential settings.
- Confidence in both softscaping and hardscaping techniques.
- A Class 1 full driver's license (Class 2 & WTR a bonus).
- Experience operating small diggers and skid steers.
- An 'can-do' attitude, team focus, and strong work ethic.
- Leadership qualities and solid communication skills.
- Physical fitness and readiness for hands-on work.
