- Provide clinical services in outpatient, community assessment, and management of people requiring specialist dermatology care.">
- Work with another Dermatologist, Dermatology Clinical Nurse Specialist, and Dermatology Nurses within the Specialist & Community Services Group.">
- Maintain strong clinical liaison with other surgical specialists and non-surgical departments.">
Required Skills and Qualifications
">- ">
- Be registered or eligible for registration with the Medical Council of New Zealand as a Specialist and hold appropriate specialist qualifications in Dermatology.">
- Have proficiency in the full range of medical dermatology, including some paediatric dermatology, patch-testing, photo-dermatology, tele-dermatology, simple cutaneous surgery, and management of skin cancer.">
- Be enthusiastic about empowering patients, their whānau, and healthcare providers to look after their skin in health and disease.">
- Competency with te ao Māori, tikanga, and te reo Māori or a commitment to starting your journey and taking ownership of your learning and growth.">
- Experience in projects/initiatives which give effect to Te Tiriti principals and frameworks.">
