Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Nurse Specialist to join our team at MTC Consulting Pte. Ltd. As a Nurse Specialist, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care and services, working closely with the department manager, radiation oncologists, therapists, and other relevant staff to facilitate ongoing departmental processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Patient Care: Deliver individual patient care and services with regards to specific nursing competencies, including doing dressings and cannulating patients.
- Liaise with Radiation Oncologists: Assist radiation oncologists in consultations and be competent in necessary procedures.
- Team Leadership: Provide good practical skills and lead a team of patient care assistants and health attendants in the area assigned to.
Requirements:
- Experience in Blood Taking or IV Cannulation: Candidates with experience in blood taking or IV cannulation will have an added advantage.
- At Least 2-3 Years of Working Experience: We require candidates with at least 2-3 years of working experience in a similar role.
