  • Providing customers with a seamless branch experience by meeting their end-to-end banking needs.

  • Contribute to a significant uplift in customer engagement and advocacy, creating real customer value.
  • Actively participate in and support bank programs and initiatives.
  • Taking responsibility for 'knowing your customer' from a risk perspective.
  • Ensuring compliance with ANZ and branch policies and procedures.

You'll bring:

  • An exceptional customer focus, ideally with retail experience.
  • Experience in using technology and promoting its benefits - working knowledge of different digital channels is an advantage.
  • The ability to multi-task and adapt to change and ambiguity.
  • A willingness to work in a collaborative team environment.
  • A sound understanding of compliance.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
