**About the Role**

This is an opportunity to lead Halter's growth into the Beef sector in the South Island. As a high-performing Sales and Business Growth Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales, leading a team, being customer-obsessed, and working closely with marketing and growth teams to create and execute go-to-market strategies.

The ideal candidate will have experience in leading and growing sales teams, owning the revenue engine from lead generation to customer success. They will also be an innovative leader with a track record of executing new solutions to deliver massive revenue goals by overcoming challenges.

You will work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to optimize sales and marketing approaches to growth, and own the retention, renewals, and expansion targets of Halter's existing revenue with Beef farms in the region.

As part of this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive sales strategy aligned with Halter's expansion goals, and managing a pipeline through to close, including prospecting, qualifying, executing a consultative sales process, and successfully negotiating contracts with customers.
