**Job Description:**

  • We are seeking a skilled Commerce Teacher to join our Palmerston North Campus team. As a Commerce Teacher, you will be responsible for delivering engaging and high-quality lessons in commerce to motivated secondary students.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Teaching economics and/or business studies or accounting at Y11, 12, and 13
  • Delivering NCEA curriculum with expertise in teaching at the secondary level
  • Developing and implementing effective lesson plans to cater to diverse student needs
  • Fostering a supportive and collaborative learning environment

**Requirements:**

  • Current registration with the Teaching Council of Aotearoa New Zealand
  • Expertise in teaching at the secondary level, with flexibility across at least one other subject
  • Strong commitment to student success and innovative teaching practices
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience with self-directed learning models and technology-driven learning
