Job Description

The Customer and Stakeholder Manager plays a critical role in ensuring that our maintenance and construction activities cause minimal disruption while fostering strong relationships with customers, businesses, retailers, and other key stakeholders. This dynamic role champions customer engagement, drives effective communication strategies, and upholds the Downer brand through strategic advertising, promotion, and community engagement initiatives.

Main Responsibilities
  1. Develop and implement a Contract Communication Plan to enhance stakeholder relationships.
  2. Manage and oversee stakeholder engagement coordinators within client organizations.
  3. Maintain and enhance customer satisfaction by minimizing disruptions caused by maintenance activities.
  4. Foster a culture of collaboration and effective communication within the team.
  5. Utilize CRM and RFS systems to track and analyze stakeholder interactions.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, as well as a proven track record in delivering exceptional customer service. Strong relationship management and negotiation skills are also essential for success in this role.
