**Your Role**

The Smartly Solutions Consultant will be responsible for ensuring the set-up and installation of Smartly's software meets our high standards. This involves managing the day-to-day operations and onboarding implementation delivery for assigned projects, ensuring service levels are met, and results delivered.

You will work closely with our team and clients to ensure accurate and timely data manipulation and data entry to ensure full payroll compliance of new Smartly customers.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Manage daily operations and onboarding implementation delivery for assigned projects
  • Ensure service levels are met, and results delivered
  • Monitor and improve processes and procedures to achieve excellence
  • Ensure consistency in use of systems, processes, and practices

**What You'll Bring**

  • At least 2 years' experience in a customer service or operational environment
  • Payroll experience preferred
  • Highly developed numeric, analytical, and problem-solving skills
  • Strong business acumen
  • Well-developed oral, written, and interpersonal skills
